In 2021, his debut documentary Dr. Russell’s Imaginarium premiered nationally on SBS. He followed this with World of Curiosities (2024), a whimsical factual web series exploring unusual histories, awarded the WA Screen Culture Award for Innovation in Web Series.

He has collaborated with Australian artists, including The Voice 2018 winner Sam Perry, on music videos and visual projects.

Brendan continues to work freelance as a cinematographer while developing a slate of original films that blend genre, emotion, and imagination.
